I've been discovering things. Chapman has tons of resources, but they aren't always that easy to access. There a hidden nooks filled with treasures, crannies loaded with priceless artifacts. And they're all for the looting, if one knows how. What am I talking about? I'm talking about the library. I suppose I knew this before, but we have music and movie library's at our school. Now, I wouldn't say that they have everything, but they do have a lot of the stuff that matters. I checked out 5 cds of Tchaikovsky, Akira Kurosawa's film "RAN," and Star Wars Episode V, and am I going to go back soon to load up on some more goodies.
In other news, I did audio on that movie set last weekend. It was pretty intense. There were about 10 people, a dolly, and camera crammed into the back of a rig truck whose walls were decorated with zombie blood. We were originally going to film at Saddleback, but our permit fell through halfway through the day and we got kicked off campus. So they came up with a script that night that took place entirely inside a truck. Fabulous.
But, I didn't get yelled at too much. I don't think I dropped the boom into frame once. So that was nice.
I've been trying to play Company of Heroes all morning, but it keeps telling me I need to update. And then it updates. And then it freezes.
...
okay, I'm going to go eat something. I have one bagel left.

I haven't played Company of Heroes is forever. Good luck with resolving the updating problems. I will have to install it on my new computer sometime soon.
ReplyDeleteNice job on finding and exploiting school resources too. Gotta put that tuition money to use!
