Early Morning, Early Blog

Well its not too early, but for Friday, this is an early blog post. Nothing like having Fridays off from school every week (sorry to those who are at school right now). It makes Thursday the new Friday night in a sense. Alright time to get down to blogging.

Fullerton Update

Nothing much new on the Fullerton front. My stair climber went from 22 minutes to 23 minutes though ( I know, crazy huh?). Tomorrow I'm going to the Fullerton Homecoming basketball game vs. UCI. Got to support my Titans!

Stock Market Update

Once again i say, HOLD. Refrain from buying now its only gonna go lower. this week the Dow started out at 6,950 and is currently around 6,550. The market is still too fragile for short term investing. I'm still predicting it sinks lower in the next month or so, rises a good deal from stimulus bills in the summer/fall, then crashes again around December. We'll see how this theory holds up and i will keep you informed on future stock market developments throughout this blog.

Tanks r' me

Everyone know that I'm the TankMaster, and its time to inform you all a little more about tanks and tank history. This will be a new section of my blog. It probably will only show around once a week however. OK, so here's John's Tank of the day:

The Soviet T-34

This is arguably the greatest tank in history. It may not look like much, but the soviet union medium sized tank was very influential in WWII. When compared to the German Tiger tank, this is like a sedan vs. a Mercedes. A Camry vs. a Bentley. However, how many Bentleys do you see on the road compared too Camry's? This was the T-34's advantage. There's strength in numbers. Unlike the Germans, the Russians believed in quantity rather than quality. The Germans only produced around 1,000 tiger tanks while the soviets produced around 84,000 t-34s. They basically flooded the battlefield with these tanks. That is why the T-34 claims the 1st place greatest tank on many top tank lists.

Foreigner song of the day:

"Girl on the Moon"
